Professional Process – Transparent and Personal
Initial Consultation & Scheduling. You book and pay for the initial consultation. We then schedule an appointment — in person, via Zoom, or WhatsApp — whichever suits you best.
Questionnaire & Preparation. You’ll receive a short questionnaire to fill out and send back before our meeting, so I can prepare optimally for your project.
Discussion & Planning. During our meeting, we discuss your goals, design ideas, and the completed questionnaire. Together we set dates for possible revisions and the final delivery date. Afterward, you make a 30% deposit on the project price. Once the deposit is received, we begin the design work.
Delivery & Consultation. At the agreed date, we present your website — in person or online. You’ll also receive individual guidance on hosting and ongoing site management.
Completion & Handover. After payment for the completed work, you’ll receive the hosting link and full access to your new website.
